I like Nuclear Enslavement

I always call my band on GH and Rock Band; The Time Lords

For no obvious reason >_>

Gears of Annihilation

That would refer to you as the catalysts of ultimate destruction. I'd tap that.

Or this:

ANAL PROLAPSE!
That'd be a pretty neat band name.
Hmm. Don't take that literally.

Primordial Silence or Unholy Defiance. The latter is pretty cool, while the former is just made of awesome.

I'd say try and call yourselves "Smeg and the Heads", but you may run into legal trouble.

Cookie for anyone who gets the reference

"Woo It's Power Extreme Metal Yeah And Sonic Suckage".

Or just WIPEMYASS for short.

Sorry, not a fan of power metal cheese. How about 'Gorged On Saints'?

For an ever cooler name, just pick a random disease or affliction, and VOILA! You have a name. You could be something cool like Hernia, Tuberculosis, or maybe even Multiple Sclerosis.

How about 'The Angry Beavers' ?

From the one you picked, Nuclear Prophecy.

I think those names are quite generic, but I'm one of those people that doesn't care bout band names. I would suggest heading back to the drawing board. Try to keep it short so people aren't annoyed about having to say the whole name of your band during daily discussion as you rise to the fame of Dethklok!

I'll try to think of suggestions right of the top of my head. To be honest, I have no originality and can't think of one. My apologies.
Yeah I'm more of the song writer, but the rest of the band members saw I have some creativity and lumbered me with everything including naming the band and designing the logo, so I'm a little wired and burnt out atm xD

I would say you should go with a anme that isn't really definitive and (for god's sake) try to use something non cliche and somewhat original.

For example, some names that simply sound good, but you can't say what exactly they are playing and have some sutle depth (can't say how exactly original are they though):

Nile (their lyrics are mostly about egyptian an mesopotamic culture, customs, myths, and since river Nile is was extremely important in ancient Egypt that name is pretty fitting)

Augury (well their are some pretty progresive death metal band with lyrics about all sorts of crazy shit, actualy pretty much any band could use this name, but either way it just sounds good)

Aeternus (well interesting, quite cathy I would say, name, doesn't define anything either, but is fitting as well)

Meshuggah (Hebrew and Yiddish word for ?crazy?, sounds quite interesting and leaves you thinking "Meshuggah, wtf does that mean?". Also that name is quite fitting for their lyrical themes)

You get what I'm saying? Just don't use something generic, I would say use one word and spend some time thinking about which way your band is going and try to think of a name that has some kind of sutble meaning with you music but also is quite interesting and cathy.
