What things you associate with whom is irrelevant. If the most "right-wing" thing you can find in a person's beliefs is opposition to both an authoritarian state and shameless corporate pandering, you haven't actual found anything right-wing.

Jimmy has had a huge war with others who claim to be on the left and their main tool is to smear someone they disagree with as being "not really" on the left. He says they're not really left either because they support progressives in name only who vote like regular conservative democrats do. So basically nobody is a real leftist if you listen to everyone.
Back in the day everyone was more or less united but voting for hillary and then biden broke people's brains, since some people were saying you had to vote against trump no matter what and others refused to vote for someone like what the democrats put up. I blame those who did not abandon the democrats when they lost to trump, that was when they should have overtaken the party and remade it into a new entity with Bernie at the helm.

"MAGA" is very specifically an endorsement of Donald Trump. "QAnon" is a far-right conspiracy theory about Donald Trump being a righteous saviour and the Democrats being satanic paedophiles.
He bought into right-wing conspiracy theories and lies, and the sole reason you're denying that is because you don't want your party to be held responsible for spreading those conspiracy theories and lies.

Considering both primarily/solely target democrates and people on the left, I'm gonna take a wild stab and call them what they are; right-wing grifters. Though if they're truly right-wing is debatable, as they're most likely just outrage grifters with conservatives being prime game for that.

Tim took a rightward turn, Jimmy always supports leftist policies, and had Tim on his show and disagreed with him on those policies. Stuff like policing and medicare for all. He just didn't tow the line with the vaccine and got smeared.
Chomsky said something like he didn't bother criticizing the right because it was too easy. Liberals on the other hand pretend to be against power while always working for it. Just think, who controls discursive power? Who controls academia?
Now Chomsky probably doesn't think that anymore after 2016, and being rather inconsistent, everyone hates him. The left calls him controlled opposition. The right calls him a communist sympathizer. Liberals hate him for calling them out.
Jimmy Dore was a Bernie and AOC supporter and called them out when they went establishment. He had an adverse reaction to the Trump-Pfizer vaccine and didn't do a 180 like leftists did because the media said so. That seems consistent. Now I haven't seen every Jimmy Dore video ever, so he may have done the flippity-floppity somewhere, but the good thing about him is that since he is a lefty socialist, you can't immediately disregard his criticisms to his own side, that is unless you call him right wing, and in that case you can ignore all of it.
Put two people on the left in a room, and what you end up with are accusations that three people aren't on the left: each other, and the one poor sod not in the room they both can agree isn't actually on the left. It's as natural to us as breathing. Saying people on the left are accusing each other of being fake leftists, is like saying water is wet.
