Do something that you can easily fix and can't be traced back to you. That will allow you to act all smug, and win some brownie points with him. Also, try and rig it so it opens up porn every 20 mins and hopefully your parents will walk in at the right time.
Make a fake blue screen with a savvy twist, maybe a hardware deletion or something?

Considering he's just getting into full-blown puberty, and is therefore completley paranoid about how everyone views him and how his actions are interpreted, he gets really assy about this.
The hilarious thing is that whenever we get into an argument now, he tries the EXACT same line on ME. And then I get to launch into my "you're an unimaginative copycat who either thinks I'm so cool that you have to copy me or you're so dumb you don't even realise you HAVE copied me" rant.
It's hilarious how the two people he "hates" (as in teenager 'hate' (ticked off), not actual hate) are me and our mum, but he's almost IDENTICAL to mum and he's always trying to make himself look better than me (I'm not saying I am better, but he spends half his time telling me how he dosen't care what I think/do, but the OTHER half trying to best me)

I am a younger brother. If it's because you two have conflicts of interest over things in the home, then try working around him. I would avoid any sort of action.
However, if he is clearly instigating, call him out on it. Explain that you have done nothing, and ask him to just leave you alone. Maturely tell him that he is being a nuisance. Ask him why he is doing whatever he is doing, and find flaws in his logic. That's what I would do. When you can do that, just tell him to go away in a way where he feels as if he has not gotten at you, and the only thing he is doing is making a fool of himself.
