I can read most people like a damn book, never had a hard time figuring people out. I remember stuff in great detail, like exact conversations from years ago, & pointless crap too I just can't get some things out of my head. I learn quick & can teach others fairly well once I figure out what it takes to teach that individual person, I've been a tutor many times. I have not met a problem I couldn't solve one way or another, that's where the name came from.

Well, I'm really critical about myself and not much of a people person meaning I don't have many people to compare myself to, so I probably wouldn't notice a talent if it hit me in the face. But I can say for certain that I'm a really fast runner, in a short sprint I'll beat the vast majority of people, but my stamina is terrible, so anything longer and I'll rapidly fall behind, even if I wasn't running at my fastest. I'm also really good at counting in my head, very accurately if the numbers aren't too large, and I can make a decent approximation extremely quickly even if the numbers are large. Oh, and I can often spot the existence of typos and grammatical errors at a glance, but then I need to pay closer attention to actually find it.

I have the perk of dreaming future events. No really, I am not joking with this, this has happened so many freaking times it actually scares me. What is even scarier is that I mostly forget about these dreams because they are just so normal and boring that it really isn't worth remembering about and then the event happens and I get the gut feeling that this has happened before and all of a sudden I remember it. Kinda not worth talking about is it?
Apologies if someone's already told you but what you've described there is Deja-Vu, it happens to everyone. When i was a kid i used to think i'd dreamt it as well, but then i learnt about deja-vu and realised that was what it was. This guy gives a good explanation:

On topic, i don't think i have any natural talents beyond my own personality traits and interests. Which means i'm pretty good at remembering historical narratives and geographical facts simply because i find such things interesting and therefore my brain remembers it. I'm also pretty good at writing, again because i enjoy writing and also because i practice it frequently- I have to as part of my degree.

I got very good genes for becoming a body builder. Hardly need to work out to gain muscles and getting fat is close to impossible. Been sitting on my ass doing absolutely nothing for four years, while eating four big meals/day and a few minor ones all the time(wasn't healthy food either). Only got a bit puffier body while keeping a muscluar form. Started working out a month ago, to actually do something with this "talent" of mine, though I just today went out and bought some proper weights. The ones I have were too light for me.
When I realised my genetic superiority I was told my father was the same. He built muscles without any effort. He was also just as lazy as me when it came to keeping a work out schedual.

I'm also great at lying and manipulating people. What's written above is real though(or is it?!).

Apparently I'm naturally a rather good singer, or so I've been told. I used to do concerts a lot when I was younger, and they seemed to go down quite well despite me not knowing a damned thing at the time.
Also, I seem to be able to write humourously quite well from the very first draft, which is helpful in my position as the most productive columnist at the school paper. It's just a shame my humour doesn't always come out as well in speech as it does in writing. Either I rarely nail the joke first time, or more likely, I will stumble on the words or elaborate my speech so much that the punchline is already six feet under by the end. Oh well.

I'm a natural born long distance runner. I'm trying to run a 5k in under 20 minutes, and trying to run 65-70 miles a week.

I'm also gifted with the pretty wide vocal range. I'm a classical singer with a woman's voice range. How fucking cool is that??

I... I guess I learn things quickly? And I'm a competent creative writer, and I'm half-decent at singing, not that I'll ever put singing to good use.

I have excellent knowledge of all things Marvel, a little bit of DC too. Never came in handy back in Jr high, but in high school when that little indie movie called THE AVENGERS started to gain some hype I was that one popular guy who would have all the info on Marvel. I got a lot of people into the comic book universe because of it, its also how I got my awesome friends.

I can adapt to be good at anything that I find fun, its how I got really proficient at video games, critiquing film, writing characters/story, drawing/animating and even dancing.

Also my imagination is borderline insane. I come up with the craziest things yet people say that along with my optimism is what makes me charming to everyone.

Quick learning; Always nice to have. It translates very well into videogame skill or learning to do anything pretty well.
Since we could consider comedians as talented, I have a good sense of humor.

Unlike OP, I have a horrible sense of rhythm. It has nothing to do with being unable to measure time, if I try to keep a beat, I over-think it and it falls apart.

I also have no artistic ability whatsoever, Not even decent handwriting.
