Naughty Dog is...Making a Zombie Game?

Oh, and kudos for not going the Dead Island route of filling the trailer with heavy handed sappiness.

As long as they don't pull a dead island on us, and this game turns out to be a PROPER deep and compelling story of survival, the story of a man and his daughter and their struggle to stay alive, and not a yar-yar-shoot-em-up-yeaaaaaaaah kind of game, then !@#$ yeah seaking I am all over it.

That sums up my feelings.

I still want to play the game from the first Dead Island teaser. Maybe this will actually be it.

One thing I think most, if not all, zombie games miss out on is the human aspect of the zombies because really, who would most likely be the biggest threat in a disaster situation? The slow moving, easily defeated/avoided zombie, or people, where moral obligation (do I save them or not?), or just plain craziness (do they want my stuff?) starts to conflict with your own desires (I need those supplies, so stay back! I've got a gun!)?

Where can I find that "Planet Zomboid" thing? Is it a mod for an already existing game or a separate game all together?

You can either play the old tech demo, or pay for it (15 bucks I think) and get it Minecraft style, with all the updates. The tech demo is just the old very started version, and only thing it gets updated is any bugs they find, but no new features.
