No, it's a picture of a bunch of dudes in a large metro tunnel giving a nazi salute with a bunch of red banners with the white circle but with a big C instead of a swastika in them. I suppose it might be in that it shows you something that happens in the game, but it's not exactly a shocking reveal or anything. It's not like "OMG, I thought these guys were cool dudes but really they're Nazis!".

No the future doesn't look that different really, which it should. However the show is about a group of people who get superpowers, one of the people has the power to swap superpowers. So in the alternate timeline the Nazis capture him and then start rounding up people with powers so he can take them from the random people who got them and give them to the Nazis, making them super Nazis. The Captain of the Nazis in the area has the power of Ice Manpiulation transferred into him.
