Need a bit of help in Fable II

Positive, safety's off, mission is still 'available', I have the contract, and I tried to get him to like me but even then he wouldn't follow me.

Do you have the follow me emote thing?

I really wanna play Fable now :/

Yes. I used it on him several times. Whether he despised me and my very soul or I was the love of his life, the bastard wouldn't follow me.

YAY! I know this problem is nothing to be happy about, I am years late in this thread, but it's nice to know someone else had this bug. I have the exact same problem. and for anybody seeking answers, I haven't seen anyway out of it, besides resetting the xbox to an earlier date before you got the contract.
