Ok, so heres the problem, I?m going to be stuck at home for a while due to many medical conditions including urinating and vomiting blood (its not as fun as you'd think). Along with that I?m bored.
I need a good PC game. Something like an RPG (not MMO) with good character customisation.

First off, I hope you get better as soon as possible. By that I mean, not so ill that you're still suffering, but ill enough to dodge school and/or work I would recommend Diablo II, it's a good few years old but that makes it easier to run.

Good (And fun) Diablo clone, but not best RPG ever.

Someone mention Baldur's Gate 2, and I agree with that!
Also, throw in anything by Bioware pretty much.
