I gotta say I never thought I'd find myself working as the tech guy for a horse breeder. That said I do need a good place to host a website (we only have a facebook page now) that is both reliable and free (free because this business is just starting, declared an official business less than a week ago). I know how to code websites by hand if needed, I just need a hosting site (though if there are website builder tools that's a plus).

Wordpress and blogger are your two best free tools. As far as I know, you're going to be paying for most other site hosting.

Hi,
On behalf going for free service in hosting service you can search for cheap service because the free service will not be secure. If you are not clear in with whom you want to go for hosting then I would recommend you to go with http://www.tucktail.com/ here the service will be provided at cheap and reliable manner.

I've been using 50webs for quite a while because it has a free hosting plan without laying ads all over your site. It has a fairly small data limit for storage and serving in the free plan (50mb and 1gb respectively if I'm not mistaken) though it is fairly reliable (there has been a bit of downtime in the past, none in recent memory though) and easy enough to manage as long as you are just hosting a bit of html and images (supports ftp and has a web portal for uploading files and such).

Though if you're looking for your own domain you'll struggle to get something for free. Cheapest for a .com per year is around $10, though I don't think you'll find it too hard to manage that.
