Need Help Choosing Sniper Elite V2 vs. Prototype 2

Hey Guys,
As the year is slwoly getting closer to the summer holidays, I thought I would treat myself to a new game, the only problem is I don't know what to get. The two that I have narrowed it down to are Sniper Elite V2 and Prototype 2. Which of these is the better game.

I would advise against Prototype 2, simply because I had it, and I really didn't like it. I didn't like the first one, either. :/ But that's just me. Oh, also, Prototype 2 has already dropped from 60 bucks to 40 bucks, and it was released on April 24th. Just under a month ago. For a game to have its price slashed that hard, and this quickly, there's something wrong and I feel like that alone should tell you something.

Play Prototype 1 and Sniper Elite 1 instead, those new ones aren't all bad just not in any way worth the current price.

I feel that Sniper Elite 2 just did it wrong, it doesn't feel like a sniper game to me for some odd reason. The kill-cam it has is awesome but thats really the only thing going for it. I would recommend Prototype 2, though I've actually havn't played it yet. I did enjoy prototype a hell of a lot and it has a lot of replay value, i can only assume prototype 2 has that as well.

I'd personally go with Prototype 2. I'm not a big fan of the whole shooter thing, Team Fortress 2 excluded due to cartoonishness, as well as good dialogue and character design. Prototype seems like it's be A LOT more fun.

May I ask which console you're buying it for? 'Cuz, honestly, I wouldn't choose either option. Neither are really my type of game; there are far better ones out there. Of course, my game preference is very Japanese, so I'm not sure if you'd like them.

I haven't played prototype 2 but sniper elite v2 is a pretty good game. I would also recommend sniper ghost warrior 2. Sniper ghost warrior 2 feels more like a sniper experience than v2.
