Need more LP's to watch?

Yeah, I'm subscribed to a crazy amount of Let's Players, but still looking for more awesome people to watch. I guess to give examples of my tastes, I'll post who I'm currently watching at the moment. Starting from most well known to least...

I've also went off youtube to check out MyNameIsKaz's LP archive, and I've seen most of the stuff on this sweet site http://video.discoshiny.com/

Also, I'm aware of Retsuprae, NintendoCaprisun, and Freelance Astronauts, but I don't find them too entertaining.

If you want to plug yourself, I don't mind, I won't be doing the same (unless that counts), but I just have a lot of free time that needs wasting so, just spread the LP love up in this thread, just curious to know what you're watching and why, and I'm eager to find more awesome LP'ers.

EDIT: I think a certain LP that said LP'er has done (example of one of his better works) would be a nice touch.

Update: Watched a lot of the things mentioned on here, now I'm anxious for more. Call me greedy if you want.

Great video and screenshot LPs from the dudes at Something Awful. LP started there and LP from there are usually better than somebody with a capture card, a mic and sees easy money on Youtube (some LPers are partnered btw.).

Screenshot LP's can be entertaining if not painful for the eyes for some people to read. Of course they have time to make much more witty comments when writing it rather then commentating it, but that's why I like organic commentating from recorded LP's, also the reason I like Pokecapn's crew so much.

And god that's the one thing I can't understand about SA, they create a good amount of entertaining people, but their community reeks of trolls.

I don't care if people are partnered or not, I only care that they love what they do and you can hear it. Still I can't believe LP's can be monetized in the first place, like what the hell.

Two Best Friends (Matt and Pat) did a Let's Play of RE2 and Silent Hill: Downpour and they were hysterical. I'd definitely recommend checking them out if you haven't already. They have an excellent back-and-forth in everything they do. They don't do a lot of LP's, mostly just short videos, but they're continually entertaining.

Youtube probably has more trolls and with that website and with the sheer amount of LPers, I think Sturgeon's Law is fully in effect there. Hell, every website has its trolls. It's the Internet. Many people in Youtube jump onboard the LP gravy train for views, fame and cash, at least at SA, if you produce a LP of low quality, there will be consequences.

I've been waiting for more FF13-2, so far I've been enjoying it, but now they're on a break it seems.

Good points there. Shame there's a lotta view hogs on Youtube and quality there is left a bit unchecked. Kudos to the people doing it purely for fun though, because that's want games are for. VLPs aren't really my thing, I prefer the analysis given by SSLPs personally.

For pure fun, then it's the Creatures, like Spoonerism, SSoH, Kootra, Nova, etc.

I suck at Megaman, and discovered LP by watching him do buster-only perfect runs.

Don't see why the purist opinions about LP. As long as basic quality standards are met it doesn't matter what form it takes or if it pays someone's rent. To each their own opinions of what's acceptable, it's not anyone's IP to control.

If that's a joke about my first LP, that's cold (I was a dumb noob looking for a gimmick) but if that's about this site, then I'll give you thumbs or cookies or whatever.

I used to watch LPs by a guy named MutedDough, because they were pretty funny. He had LPs of SW Battlefront 2 and KOTOR, at least. But, alas, he just... disappeared at some point. That made me very sad.
