Team Fortress 2 is a great class based game
Another great franchise is the battlefield series as they have class warfare, open environments, large selection of vehicles and a fun, recurring game type called conquest
Here is some examples of past games
Battlefield 2: A modern day shooter, it is probably the most complicated out of the series
Battlefield 1943: Based in WW2, this one is more simplistic and easier to get used to
Battlefield 2142: set in the future, it's a lot like battlefield 2, except slightly more simplistic
Battlefield heroes: Free to play and browser based, it plays more like an MMO than a shooter

The gunplay is horrible because the guns actually have recoil and the assault rifles aren't more effective and 200 yards than a sniper rifle? Is that it?imahobbit4062 said:

In all honesty though? I liked MoHAA, it's one of the few WW2 games that are actually worth playing.

Oh yes there are. There's the entire MoH series, then there's Call of Duty 1, 2, 3 and 5, on top of that there's Men of War, Company of Heroes (three of those), Battlefield 1942, Battlefield 1943, the entire Wolfenstein series (though it's not the usual Americans trump ze Germanz so it only barely counts), Brothers in Arms series, The Red Orchestra, Hour of Victory, the entire Close Combat series, Sudden Strike 1 and 2, the Hearts of Iron series aaaand more still.
You say there aren't THAT many WW2 games, I'm gonna call bullshit on that.
