Need To Remove A Game From My 360 Played Games Roster

Ok, I know you can do this if you don't have any achievements for the game you wish to remove, so how do I do this?

Apparently, according to http://majornelson.com/archive/2008/11/19/top-10-things-to-do-when-you-get-the-new-xbox-experience.aspx this is how you do it:

8) Delete Zero Gamerscore games. You can remove any games from your games played list that you have earned no achievements or gamerscore. Press the Xbox 360 guide button, navigate left to the games section and choose Achievements. From here choose the game with zero gamerscore you want to remove and press X (Delete Game History.)

There was a glitch to get rid of games with gamerscore a while ago, I'm not sure if that still works though. I'm only saying that because you might have got an achievement for pressing the fucking pause button and not realised. I've done that before. :3

Need to? This intrigues me. Why do you need to remove it, just out of interest? Oh, and what game?

I removed a couple of racing games from my account due to not actually having played them - a couple of friends had used my profile briefly to go on live. It seemed a little embarrassing, having games sitting there with 0G to their credit.
