OT: Nope, don't know my neighbors well enough and I honestly can't be bothered while they're gone. It's words on a wall, expensive and annoying as fuck to get rid of, sure, but it's not my shit and they aren't asking for help.

It looks like it was a community effort by the local council equivalent, and the homeowner obviously didn't have a problem with it. I know the local councils in Australia team up to clear away fallen trees or spilt garbage after a storm has passed through. It's the same principle.

Reporting it to the cops wouldn't have accomplished much. They've got zero chance of finding the guy who did it and they're not handymen, so asking them to clean up is a waste.
