Oh, you can see mine here if you are curious as to what it looks like.

Very cool! I was planning on getting one like that, except in silver and black, and on my *cough* lower back region *cough*. I could technically do it already with parent consent as my brother got a tattoo, but.. I'd rather wait until it's not considered very slutty (at my school, anyway.)
A lower back Zelda tattoo... that would be a nerd tramp stamp! Haha.
There are always going to be people who say lower back tattoos are slutty. You just have to get over it and do what you want regardless of what people say..
Yeah. I'd just imagine that it's the best place to keep a tattoo, because of you know, social functions and fancy parties and whatnot. Not very visible.
I would actually recommend getting one on your lower back hip, right on the fat and off to the side. I have one there. It's a good starter tattoo spot. It's not very visible unless you want it to be and virtually painless.

Edit: and it's not in the center of your back so know one will be inclined to call it a tramp stamp.

My mate has a tattoo of one of the characters from this Final Fantasy anime. I'm not too sure whether he's keen on it now but it looks kinda cool. If I was ever going to get a tattoo I'd get the Pink Floyd Dark side of the moon prism on my left wrist :)

I wish I had a nerd tattoo.

All I have is a tattoo of what I like to call The Jester Castle.
If you want to see image search "Jester Race album cover".

I don't take pictures of myself so I can't show you it.

If your tattoo looks anything like that picture, that must have been insane and taken foreeeeeeeeever.

It took a very long time, cost a lot of money, takes up my entire back, and was very painful, but it was worth it. I also plan on getting the Jester mask (the big grinning thing on the front) tattooed on my forearms.

Having multiple tattoos, I am obviously not against getting them; but to get one of a game logo or character, said game would have to have a major impact on my life.

I think that the people who have the subtle game tattoos are way cooler than the ones with a Mario or PacMan on them. It is like getting a tat of Spongebob or Elmo to me, pointless as an adult.
So are saying that it's a good thing I didn't go with an 8-bit link on my wrist? Haha

I think getting a game tattoo is a bit too nerdy, if I get one I'll get a single right wing like my avatar for example between my right pectoral muscle and collar bone and a blue rose on my right shoulder.

And maybe this, the symbol for parkour

I don't but I remember a guy came through work one day and he had an entire level scene from Super Mario World tattooed around his arm. It looked really stupid to be perfectly honest.

Well I would like a simple one, a Triforce as well perhaps (although not so elaborate as yours, just the basic triangles), the lamba sign of HL2 or the Aperature Science logo. They're all not overly obvious, stylised and simple, yet obvious to recognise for the *ahem* initiates ;-) Doubt I'll ever actually get a tattoo though, but who knows.

It's always Zelda tattoos...the games are great, but there are more deserving games for your tattooing needs. Like Gunstar Heroes.

I don't have one, but was thinking of getting the daedric letter "Oht" on my fore arm.

I never even thought of getting the Oht as a tattoo. Good idea.
Well, I plan to get really drunk once I turn 21 and wake up with that tattoo.

My little brother did the same thing but woke up with an "In the Navy" trampstamp instead.

Well, now I am never going to drink. Ever. Can't risk such a thing happening.

Sober for life! I'm high on life!

I don't like tattoos. I don't see the point in paying someone to jam a needle in your arm. Although, if I had to get one, it would probably have to be the Quake II logo.

Sonic on my shoulder blade.
TBH i dont really care if people say 'omg why Sonic? you are a geek.' or whatever else you can think of saying.
I was born a gamer in the same year Sonic came out and have always been incredibly interested in games and gaming.
In 40 years I will probably be sick of explaining who he is or why I got it, but it is a symbol of who I am and the era I grew up in, and my christ I'm proud of having it.
Its 10000 times better than a southern cross tattoo in my opinion.
