If the human body had no brain it would still be able to walk reflexively (which is to say, rather clumsily). That's right, you could decapitate a person and the body could still move its legs. Creepy.

Another one: If you had to pick a type of brain damage to recieve, you'd want neocortical damage, because it merely grants you some behavioral flexibility and doesn't regulate any bodily functions.

There were 20 primarchs. The 11th and 2nd legions are expunged.
There are eighteen named Primarchs, unless you would count Sigmar, who was retconned out of being a Primarch, and let's not even start on the Alpha Legion.

EDIT: Oh. and the night haunters real name is Konrad Curze
Yes it is. Have a cookie.
Concerning the Alpha Legion if Alpharius and Omegon are twins and they both defected to chaos who is the evil twin?
Food for thought.
Consider their motives, they were both good.

There are three towns named "Hell" in the USA. They can be found in Michigan, Arizona and California.

Does that count?

The most dangerous martial arts move on the planet is the Wu technique.

Essentially it is a firm palm strike over the heart, shattering the ribs, then a spear head jab through the bones, followed by grabbing of the heart. Twisting 180 degrees, and pulling out.

Where is your god now ??!!

What was the average Kill/Death Ratio of the 300 Spartans?

Obviously the deaths will be 1 but what about the kills?

Now present nerdy facts, questions and answers to other's nerdy questions (if you got them).
it wasnt just 300 spartans, it was 300 spartans and 10,000 greeks
no you also got it wrong, it was 300 spartans and 4000 greeks. The greeks was usually put behind the spartans and also protected the secret passageway to behin where the spartans were holding place. the spartans used the cliffside there to make sure the spartans army of 2 million soldiers(yes 2 fucking million!) could not use the potential of their number's to the fully. A local greek later on sold the information of the passageway to the persians and actualy before the spartans last stand the 4000 greeks was basically told to run away.

It took me 5 to write this one. Hah!
Mine was longer and this only took 6 seconds too, hah!
I am not sad enough to count how long it takes me to write this

HAH I beat you all
It was a game and this thread is about being nerdy in some way.

So HAH on you. And I didn't directly count, just checked what time I started and ended writing. Then basicly took a shot at it.

Originally the TV show Lost was a straight-up disaster show about a plane crash, before it was handed over to JJ Abrams and Damon Lindelof, wherein the paranormal mythology elements were added, and the whole thing reconfigured. The guy who wrote the original script still receives royalties as a co-creator.

There's loads of random nerdy things I remember; it's about the only thing I'm good at remembering :p I'm far too drunk to write any more now though.

It takes about one hundred volts to fry a computer component, and 3k to 8k to feel/see it, and you touched it without holding onto the computer case or another metal ground to discharge your static. And THAT'S why your video card isn't working. It's not because i spilled my collection of DnD figurines all over it.

EDIT: Rocket science isn't all that hard. It's basically pushing a giant rod into an empty chasm. You know, like I did with your mother.

How wierd was it in the new star trek film, they said to boldly go where no PERSON has gone before.

How many holes in a polo?

Halo was originally going to be a third-person PC exclusive.
