I've taken the D&D alignment test several times over the years, and I generally end up being somewhere on the evil axis. The law and chaos axis generally varies on my mood.
So I would say roughly neutral evil sounds about right.

Neutral Good, it more than adequately summarises my Half-Elven nature. But in all seriousness, I'm not really an evil person, I've always preferred playing a heroic character over a morally ambiguous or evil one, but that's only when I get the chance to play my character as I usually DM.

Chaotic good. It fits me like a glove, so long as you use my definition of good.

Neutral Evil, I have found that when push comes to shove, when life gets hard and really pushes on you with all it has... most people are Neutral Evil deep down. People can say they have 'rules' or 'morals' or will do such and such good act. But they will self serve when it all comes down to, survival is ingrained into your DnA. Now I know that way down at the core of a few people there is good. And I would not even dare to speculate a ratio, but I am sure there is more evil then good as far as the 'moral compass' goes.
I've said it before, but I believe most western Civilizations, as a whole(see cityscape if that doesn't make sense) are Lawful Evil. Everyone is out for themselves, restricted by what is lawful, not what is right.

Lawful Good. I'm a strong believer in the basic goodness of people, and the the ability of good government to allow that goodness to flourish.

Chaotic Good. Although it's funny how many people ride the line between Chaotic Good and Neutral Good.

My actions are most definitely Lawful Good, however I don't have a stick up my ass like your typical paladin. I support and endorse the Chaotic end of the Good spectrum, I'm just not comfortable breaking rules myself.

Too many people seem to not understand how this system works.

The first is approach to laws and rules. That's not something that change depending on mood. It's whether or not you accept laws as applying to you. If you are "chaotic" then you will not EVER stop at a red light on an empty street. You will not hesitate to steal from stores whenever the heck you feel like it. You will commit to insurance-fraud in the blink of an eye.

If you follow the rules and laws most of the time but have a "flexible" approach to it then you're neutral. That's the very definition of neutral in that category.

The second one is easier; that's simply personal morals. Self-sacrificing or ego-centric with "neutral" marking a rough balance between those two.

The whole "lol im chaotic/good because that sounds so edgy and rebellious yet sympathetic" is just sad. I'm willing to bet a major internal organ that nearly none of the people that have written "chaotic/good" have ever actually committed a felony. Which you'd have to have done to make "chaotic" even remotely correct.

And no, if you'd commit a felony "under the right circumstances and for the right reasons" then you're not chaotic; you're neutral. Cut out the posing.
You're alignment appears to be 'Lawful wet blanket'.

OP - Me? Neutral. But I have less than 20 sanity left. Don't show me any scary pictures.

True Neutral. I won't go out of my way to screw somepony over, but I'm not gonna play nice when serious business is on the line.

Chaotic Neutral or Chaotic Evil. I prefer Chaotic Neutral, but when I take a test to see which alignment I am I always seem to get Chaotic Evil.

Chaotic Good. I usually do good things, but never in a lawful way. Because fuck you, that's why? See? There it is again.

Edit: I see some people take this too seriously. This is the choice I make when playing D&D based PC games. In real life, things are alot more complex. People who really are Chaotic , Evil etc. are probably in jail already, thus not being able to post here (we're not talking about evil being taking a baby's ice cream)

Chaotic Good, unless there's no coffee. Then you'll probably get Chaotic Grumpy.

I put unaligned so I can have the full range depending on my mood, but I generally lean for neutral good or chaotic good.
