Nah, me and my freind who I consider a reasonably intelligent man who obsessive researches market trends and other things agree- Sony isn't looking good the way it's going. This happened when they pushed Betamax, this happened when Nintedo tried to 'outpower' the PS1 (N64 had double the power of the 32 bit PS1, but poor design choices such as teh CARTRIDGES!). The market goes in cycles, Sony is hammering against the market with brute force and technoligy and is sending itself the way of the N64.
