New blizzard games that are coming out.

I don't have a PC, though separating Starcraft 2 into 3 games reeks of money-grubbing.

I think Blizzard proved that was their plan with WoW.

blizzard is obsessed with quality, SC2 is so huge that it could not be completed for years with each 30 mission campaign if it was going to be released in one package. Blizzard's company contract says somewhere in it to Activision leave us the fuck alone.

I'm not really excited about either one of those.
Actually, the only game I'm looking forward to is Mordern Warfare 2.
Is it just me, or are games getting worse and worse?

Yes, but even if they make quality milk, I think they should try to make new stuff.

Except that 'Valve' itself didn't make Portal, it was part of a project by a group of students and they picked the project up. Similarly Portal wasn't a full product but was at first sold retail alongside Valve standby's. So really, comparing Portal to any other developer is just silly.

Besides, you'd drool at the thought of a sequel to... whatever your favorite game is. Sometimes you don't need innovation, sometimes people just want *more*, and that's something Blizzard is happy to deliver.

Name one (good) RTS released in the last 10 years that didnt have hat least 1 expansion pack. Which is basically the only form '3 games' will come in. Just means at least for once they're telling us up front how much extra content we'll be getting in the future.

Diablo 3...i have no words because it's just so pretty and simple. Diablo is a slaughter-fest, and it's good at it.

I'm not that excited personally, I don't like the genres that Blizzard works in. Maybe if they made an action game I would play it, since their games are highly polished and they have a great track record of supporting released titles.

that that division of awesomeness is named epic games. they have in the shooter genre for computer fucked up a grand total of once. 3 if you count the bs ports of UT2 to console, which dont fucking count

-It takes the popularity of the first one as an excuse not to not add anything new(fans fault not Blizzard IMO)
-Some units are ripoffs of other units from other games(which is a shame ,cause Blizzard ruled in unit design)
-The graphics are "meh" at best(seeing how i just got a new pc, graphics DO matter to me now)

Also, as I stated MANY times before, it's pretty much a game made for the fans, which in this case is a shitload of people.
Also, unlike other people who think the whole splitting in three is a money grubbing scheme, I am smart enough to see it's a desperate atemmpt to sneak more innovative content past their hardcore , traditional fans so they can appease more casual gamers(like me)

EDIT: Come to think about it , it's not so much that i hate the game ,as much as I hate the fans that want it to remain the same.
Hating the game is just easier.
