I don't see why it matters, the video plays just fine. I feel it actually works better that way, seemed to be less lag.

It really annoys me that the player covers the whole page now. I have to open up a new tab just to look at anything besides the video.
Previously, I could access the top forum topics or see what the newest videos were without leaving the page. Now, I can't even do anything if I need to wait for the video to buffer. I just have to open a new tab of the same page, except without a video player blocking everything.
