"new" games that are aparantly copys of old ones

There hasn't been an original game idea in ages. Seriously. It kind disheartening to see that most game developers are scraping the bottom of the barrel.

I mean, after you have "Mario in Space", what do you really have left? Everything has been done to death.

Mario in alternate dimensions?

Mario in heaven?
Mario in time without the "education" part?

Dare I say....A Waluigi game???

Well I was thinking something more along the lines one of bowser's diabolical plans blasts mario out of the mushroom kingdom and into the real world. Maybe they could use realistic graphics for everything but Mario. Your objective throughout the game would be to get back to the mushroom kingdom by finding the one man who could help, Shigeru Miyamoto.
