Okay, I'm moving out next week to a smaller place and I want to get a headset (for audio and voice communication) so that I don't keep the neighbours awake with my late night gaming sessions and basically to get the edge on everyone who doesn't have one.

My requirements are:
- Minimum 5.1 sound (or 7.1 if there is decent ones out)
- Can be wired or wireless (I'm going for quality here to if it's wired I don't care)
- Need to be fully compatible with the PS3, 360 and my PC (I want a single solution for the lot)
- Price is not an issue, if it costs $300 then so be it.

I have been looking at the Astro Gaming A40 MLG Edition, as it seem to be compatible with all systems and has 5.1 sound. Basically I'm after ideas of headsets I can get that fit my criteria!

Which one should I be looking at? I've had a look at that site but the only one that works on all of them seems pretty crappy (Ear Force PX21)

Yeah I've check out the while Turtle Beach site and there is unfortunately nothing that suits my needs. It sucks, because their stuff looks pretty cool! Have you ever used any of the Tritton gear before? I'm a little hesitant of anything with a MadCatz logo on it! :p
