New ideas for a Guitar Hero game

My idea is bagpipes hero. You have to buy a plastic bag pipes controller about 1/4 of its original size. It will be unnecessarily expensive and only have 5 coloured holes on it. You blow really, really hard down the pipe and hold your fingers over the holes (those recorder lessons from Grade 3 will soon become useful). Tracks like 'Old Lan Sine' and 'It's a long way to the top (If you Wanna Rock N Roll)' will be playable and more content on the PSN Store/Xbox Live.

This is clearly a jab at the franchise which has started to leave a bitter taste in my mouth after hearing about DJ Hero (URGH).

But this is just a fun thread to see who can think of the next most ludicrous idea for a music game that involves over-priced plastic controllers shaped like instruments.

Sitar Hero.
It's basically the same, but of course it sounds different and the controller is a different shape.
There's also a pluck bar on the controller, which you combine with the buttons pressed to play the game.

Notable faces will include members of the Rolling Stones and Metallica for Paint it, Black and Wherever I may roam

Hahaha! I was just talking about this with my best friend last night. It started off with me desiring a new GH dedicated to Mike Patton, complete with new keyboard and saxophone instruments. And then I thought of KoRn, complete with bagpipes! I actually even spent some time trying to figure out the perfect playlists for each game. Never finished, but I know I've got some real gems.

Ok they have taken the genre of music games too far, but it is a sign that guitar hero is becoming stale. Id know i have 2,3 and world tour and the only time they get played is at house partys. Personally I doubt Dj hero will have the same effect as guitar hero, but hey thats my opinion.

But yeah, why not try xylophone hero. the xylophone will be coloured so it looks like a childrens toy. Id love to see a xylophone vs bagpipe pro face off

Well, I don't know about seeing the thread before, but this was done as an April Fool's joke by Microsoft.

Personally, I think a Bagpipe hero might be pretty cool.
