I'm simply hoping these will be good, Black and White were just terrible in my opinion. There just wasn't anything to them, they just felt mind-numbingly boring. I don't know why, really.

I wish they had kept with the teenagers instead of going back to kids for the sequel. I also would've preffered to stay as Jaden Yuki, but I could ignore all that, if the Starters weren't the crap ones from the first Black/White games.

Wonder if bringing in the old characters means some of the older pokemon will be available to be caught. Haven't played the games since Emerald. Tried Diamond. Didn't like it. I miss the originals like Gengar, Ninetales, Sandslash, etc. If they incorporate the ability to catch the old pokemon, not wifi trade for them, with the new plot featuring the old characters, they could make the best entry in the series ever.
It's cool that they're bringing back a lot of old characters. I hope this means I can kick my previous characters' asses. It's high time someone took Gold down.
actually I'm pretty sure that you could catch a sandslash in diamond. they usually don't let you find some of the older pokemon until you beat the game but from what I've heard you can catch previous gen pokemon as part of the new dex.a7xman said:

But this game looks pretty dang awesome to me. And when I saw the thing about the ability to fight past generation bosses I thought that the team that work on Nintendo are slowly but surely coming closer to the all-encompassing game, giving you the ability to visit ALL of the regions and catch ALL of the Pokemon, that a lot of Pokemon fans want.
I'm more concerned with how they are going to let you transfer over all your Pokemon you've collected in B/W. My Pokedex is 400 and something and I have a fair few of that number ordered in my computer storage. If they do a 6 at a time limit like they have done with other games...
