Yeah, we've already gone through this in Australia. Americans will have less trouble dealing with it than us via the US Bill of Rights. If you can stretch Freedom of Expression to cover multi-million dollar donations to political campaigns by corporations, you can stretch it to cover this.

I think what scares me the most about it is that no matter how much we voice our displeasure with such a horrid thing it's going to get ram rodded through congress regardless because everyone involved with it will be in the pockets of the lobbyists trying to get this crap approved.
