Kolyat: This-- This is a joke. Now? Now you show up?
Thane: Yes, Kolyat, now you know... *puts on sunglasses* ...who's your daddy.

Its strange, on one hand I want to love you and call you awesome, and on the other I want to beat you.

Odd...

I gotta know, am I the only one who thought Jack's "visor" was a piece of duct tape over her eyes?
As others have said, no... no you are not...

I was just surprised they didn't do Tali's alt outfit first, what with all the rabid fans out there.
It'd be the first digital content to sell out.
I hope they'll make a DLC where you can strangle her, repeatedly punch her in the nose and inject her with some nasty disease. With this playing in the background.
I'd be the first buyer.

I like the looks of this pack, and love the idea of new appearance options if they were a reward for achievements or as part of a larger DLC pack, but the idea of just buying the appearance pack by itself doesn't appeal to be. This micro-transaction trend bothers me. Guess I can't blame EA for making money where they can, but I can't help feeling like this sort of thing is money-grubbing.

Hey, They're aesthetically beneficial, they aren't essential. If you want 'em, buy 'em.

Neh. They could have made them more different.. I mean, there's characterisation on one hand and there's recolouring the same thing on the other.

What about Garrus in a smaller stealth-type suit? Thane in a long Matrix-style leather jacket, with buckles across the front, or Jack in something OTHER than leather?

Wow Jack looks like Trinity, Thane looks like a grey Neo, and Garrus looks like... well Garrus.

Kind of silly that the Hammerhead is free, and this costs points, but I'd rather pay $2 for this than $10 for the Hammerhead. And they fixed Garrus's armor.

I thought that the Cerberus Network was for this.
I mean, what the hell? We get weapons and armor free, but 3 fucking costumes cost points? Did BioWare run out of money or something?
Lets see they have given us armor, a character and mission, weapons, the hammerhead (coming soon) with 5 more missions all for free. And other companies have given you what for free lately? 20 challenge missions locked away on the disc? Oh right that'll cost you a fiver. Them asking for a small fee for what this doesn't seem all that bad. Especially when it is just costumes and not something that you will need for the full experience.
You have a point. I'm just dumbfounded that they would just throw the whole "free dlc for the people that actually paid for a new copy" concept out the window for something as trivial as this.
They haven't thrown it out the window. DA:O had DLC on top of what they gave us. They are charging us for the next new character and mission as well as the armor pack. The $10 plan is not all free DLC just the first batch is free. Just enough to get you hooked.

Sound plan.

Still, I hope they still release little free pieces.

Probably not worth it!!!
The only one of these with any real difference is the zhane glasses,
surely bioware have enough capital to give away something like this free???
