Physical Description: 5'8" in height, and 55 kilos in weight. Slight figure, with pale blond hair to shoulder length.
Distinctive Features: Eyes are totally white. DO NOT ASSUME SUBJECT IS BLIND
Known Psychic Attributes:
Subject is functionally blind, but her abilities more then compensate: she can see through any image capture device, either biological or artificial, within a radius of about 10 meters, or further if she can focus on an object that would be within her natural line of sight.
Secondly, the subject has shown the ability to interfere with all imaging devices under her control; to the extent of editing video tape and inducing hallucinations. She has become adept at 'fading into the foreground', a process by which she stands very still and removes her image from peoples sensors. Resistance to her abilities is unknown in technology, and is proportional to IQ in human beings.
Note: If deprived of targets, subject is functionally blind. Suggested recapture routines involve deactivated CCTV and blind guards.
Patient History:
Sylvie was only a child when the Infection occurred, and her parents were unable to understand what was wrong with her, as were any number of professionals. Sent to a Special Needs institution under the assumption that she had learning difficulties or some obscure syndrome, it was there that an agent of the PDI identified her condition. She was spirited away under the guise of referral for specialist treatment.
Sylvie has since spent her whole life at the Antarctic Facility, learning to understand and control her powers. She submits entirely to PDI authority, having not known any other system, and is by now so trusted that she lives in a relatively relaxed security.
Despite her regard for the PDI, she still has a teenagers attitude to rules, and uses her powers to grant herself a little extra freedom now and then.
