New Races on WoW?

Handclaw has uncovered evicence that worgen and goblins may just be the next expansion?s races? if I were to guess, I?d say the goblins would be oining the horde and the worgen would be joining the alliance. ?But wait, Oma, you lisping madman, what does this have to do with the new races??

When was the last time Blizz added new Halloween masks? When the Draenei and Blood Elves joined the playing field. And look at those worgen textures. So detailed! Not to mention there?s evidence of a FEMALE worgen? they don?t even have female taunka or forest trolls! Blizz is obviously putting a lot of work into this? and I think they just spilled the beans. Well, we?ll know at blizzcon, eh?'

The green faces are like goblins. Its most likely to improve the graphics in a patch. The other two are most likely just halloween masks or new textures for wolves and cats.

If I recall correctly they did Halloween masks for Draenei and the blood elves just before they announced that they'd be added as races.

I think its better for blizzard to start looking for the WoW plug, so they can pull it and start paying attention on diablo 3 for once.

Agreed. Just because that there are masks doesn't mean new races will be added. And, why would a cat person be added? If I recall, there were never any cat people throughout Warcraft.

Agreed, whilst Bloodelves and Draenei were always a part of the mythology (despite how Blizzard butchered them in the expansions) I don't recall and cat people...and those don't look like Goblins OR Orcs...odd... on another notes, the next race to be added MUST be Pandarens ^^

They already said ages ago that they could never add Pandaren as the Chinese government would get them. They don't want 12 million people beating the crap out of their national symbol on the internet.

Yep, they're definately goblins. The grey cat head looks like a new lion face possibly.

Or maybe it's new stuff for the Worgen in Shadowfang Keep and I believe they're somewhere in Northrend (I quit at level 75 so I didn't get very far).

Yeah, making money can be a real pain in the ass, right? Better to spend it making a sequel to a dead-end series.

For the record, I hate WoW, but they would be absolutely stupid to pull the plug on it.

also...IF the worgen ARE added...anyone else envisioning the whole race being comprised of furries?

[EDIT] I CAN envision something being done with the worgen...but then it gets confusing, maybe each side will get access to both races in some way, some different factions or something, cos the goblins have mostly been neutral I thought..

Do you know what would happen if Blizzard stopped working on WoW? You know how mad some thick idiots were when Valve announced Left 4 Dead 2, think about the nerd rage explosion that would happen if WoW was cancelled.

It makes sense for the goblins to be horde (After all in Warcraft 2 they had goblin units).


It makes more sense for the worgen to be alliance noting the history of being summoned by alliance factions.

Considering blizz has said before that they never plan to add more races, since new races don't create new endgame content the way new classes do... yeah, I'm thinking this is BS.
But if they did add more races... let me play a naga already. They've been the coolest race since they appeared in the WC3 expansion.
