YES! The biggest thing the other Spiderman movies really lacked was witty banter. Spiderman has a mouth on him to rival Deadpool, he should be spouting crap the whole way through the movie, not monologuing his woes.Jonluw said:I don't like the look of all the characters, but the witty banter is welcome.
I also got that, it just felt a bit... off. No one seemed to really believe the things they were saying, it was all quite forced. Hopefully it's just the cut/paste trailer making it seem that way.And there's just something about the cinematography in the non-action scenes that strikes me as odd. Sort of tv-drama ish. I don't really know.
I'm pretty sure he makes his own, that's the device he turns on at 1:20 in the trailer. So yay to that! Also: I'd really like to know if they're going with Peter making his own web shooters like in the comics or not.
Unfortunately I have to agree with you again, Toby looked and sounded perfect to play spiderman, although character wise he was quite bad (total lack of humour) Again, hopefully it won't be too jarring a transition when it comes out, as Spiderman 3 wasn't that long ago.I'm not sure I like Spidey's voice either, but that might just be because I'm used to Toby McGuire.
Still, I really have to give this an aprehensive thumbs up. PLEASE DON'T SCREW THIS UP GUYS!
