The reactions slow down with age.

As for the rest. I would sooner eat steak than salad, sooner drink beer than water. I know that it will kill me in the end. I don't give a shit.

Well, I play a lot of games, but I also do swimming, surface diving, tennis, ping pong (=D), Frisbee, climbing trees and very basic freerunning, so HAH! to Mr. "Study".

And don't you dare challenge me to a thumb war, gamer thumb strength + double jointed thumbs, no chance.

Everybody has a bad body compared to a professional athlete.

Also, this is why I work out; so I can trip up important studies like this :D

I'm actually extremely fit...high school and collegiate runner, compulsive gym rat, and strict vegetarian. On the other hand, I'm a mediocre gamer at best, so maybe there's more to this study than I thought.

Hmm. Well I game a shit load and I am a tad overweight (not hugely, just a tad) but I'm straight edge so I like to think I'm pretty healthy in general

The study is probably true for some gamers but it's just reinforcing the stereotype. Although maybe it's a stereotype for a reason

since everyone is posting the exercise they do;
I run (sprint), cycle, swim and used to do gymnastics.
I am a decent but not great gamer so I think this study fits pretty well in showing an inverse relationship between fitness and gaming skill level.
