Has anybody thought that perhaps these "Hackers" are actually being employed by somebody as an excuse to ramp up governmental presence on the internet?
Just a thought, because the attacks seem random, and I doubt that many people with this level of skill would do it just for the hell of it.
I have training in network sec policy and such... This is ExACTly what I was thinking, a digital "boogie man". Every News outlet (before Anon and LOIz) was HYPING an on-line terror threat to come soon. Anon comes around after Scientology, then wikileaks being censored. Imediately, all kinds of people love hackers and praise the teeth for transparency orgs. Then, almost as if the N.S.A. was shitting themselves, black hat blowback groups appear out of AmeriKKK's ass. People now HATE these people, the P.A.T.R.I.O.T. ACT is lengthened and let the arrests begin, a free-for-all -> FBI, CIA, NSA, KKK, and LAPD kicking in doors of pasty white kids from "Anonymous"; LOLZ (in the meantime) takes OUT the CIA website in MINUTES!
How convenient! And impossible... why hype for years about internet kill switches, "Power Grid-Shut-Downs" I ad. nausium.
Meanwhile 4th Ammendment Rights are vanishing, wars are started, etc. I would guess LOLZ is Al-Queda V. 2.1.0 (btw Al. Queda) means "the base" in english... maybe lolz is some Cointelpro spin on that b.s... check the manifesto.
