Donkey Kong put up a good fight. He threw barrel after barrel down the ruins of the building and broken girders. Everyone who dared try the gauntlet fell, one by one.
There was one, however, that refused to die. And this person......... was Chell........
She used the skills she had gained in Aperture Science and dodge the barrels to the top easily. DK threw an explosive barrel right at her, nearly dislocating his muscled arm. Chell ducked. The massive explosion sent them both off of the building, driving the wind out of their chests. DK was the first to recover.
He straightened his tie and grabbed his coconut gun, aiming it at Chell. She wouldn't go down without a fight, though. She aimed the Aperture Science Hand-held Portal Device under his feet. DK fired, as did Chell. The great ape fell through, twisting and turning through the air. He choked on the noxious air. It was full of neurotoxin! After six minutes, the primate fell down, to never rise again.
Chell was bashed with a coconut in her shoulder. A crunch disgusted everyone in earshot, as the hard shell broke her bones. She wouldn't be able to use the Portal Gun for a good while. Civilians helped her up, feeling they deserved to help their hero. She panted hard, considering she just ran up an eight story building lengthwise on each floor, then made a makeshift sling for her arm out of her jumpsuit.
Chell walked into the sunset. Where to? No one knows. Some say she went to go finish up Portal 2. Others say she found Dr. Freeman and became a character in Half-Life 2: Episode 3. But we may never know......
