Just wondering what peoples gaming resolutions are.

mine would to be to not try to find out everything about a game before i get it (people find me weird for it :p)

To try not to be so picky, and actually give games a chance.
That way I might end up with more than one or two that I frequently play.

mine would be to just chill and take my time more with games.... i tend to get really caught up in the whirlwind story lines and just play through rarely taking a moment to just enjoy the surroundings or do some side missions.... i think i need to peace a little

Mine is to look at games in the bigger picture and enjoy them and wait and not buy games by preordering them months in advance.

buy used games
ever since i bought mass effect for $60, and beating it in under 18 hours (i did like the game, just to freaking short), i will never buy a new console game again. PC games on the other hand, i will still buy new.

To make sure I never touch World of Warcraft,again...ever, and the next step is to lower my gaming taste even more. Also try and convience Namco to bring Tales Of Vesperia to the EU sometime this year. I want some JRPGs damn it!

Next time hype makes you think you want to buy an RPG don't listen. Go buy that book you wanted instead since you'll just get annoyed with the gameplay and disappointed with the story anyway.

There's a typo in your title.

The odd thing is, is that my resolution for next year is to play fewer games. I want to try and focus more on writing about them and less time playing them.

That may sound counter-productive, but I spend a lot of time playing games, probably too much.

Mine is probably to stop spending so much damn time on WoW. Seriously, it's eating into my other game time...

Mine is to actaully stick with my "don't believe a word of hype that comes out of EA's mouth" motto and to go back and do all of the social connections in Persona 3.

Finish the hordes of unfinished games I own, but have only played once or twice. There's about 60 to get through.

some one beat me too it for the glib comment so I guess it will be to finish more games.

Or to actually stop playing so many and doing more real life stuff, but that means leaving the house

I'm pretty much just gonna keep doing what I'm doing...

Though I am trying to spend less money on games.

This. And beat every game I've already beaten again. Finally it is to complete Before I Forget on Hard...I can beat everything before it. Oh and I guess spend less time gaming and more time working.
