Is it just me, or is the video quality a LOT worse? That video looks like crap.

I mean, the main reason I use YouTube over Viddler/Dailymotion is because the video quality is better. That's important, especially for video of sprite-based games.

The quality's bad not due to the player but because the video itself is bad quality. I just chose it because the song's awesome.

Why are people only getting these features now??? Am I some kind of secret beta tester I didn't even know about? I got the new layout about two and a half weeks before everyone else... And my player has been in line with it for at least a week and three days now... I'm confused and scared am I living in the future?
If so, why haven't I seen the new episode of Doctor Who yet???

The new layout came in a whiles back, now they've bought in a new player, too. I was just curious as to people's feelings on the new layout/ player.

I'm sick of youtube and every other site on the net changing things for no good reason. Why don't they improve stuff instead of just moving stuff around, or better yet give users the choice of what they'ed prefer to have.

i'm glad they added the shuffle option back to fucking playlists i use youtube for the music i can't find anywhere else and i don't like listening to the songs in the order they are

Yes! Thank you! I missed that so much, for the same reason. I miss seeing ratings though.

no no, that's what I'm saying. I've had this "new" player for well over a week now.

I personally don't care one way or another. As long as there's a title tellin me what wathing, and the thing I'm watching on the page, I'm not fussed.

Just watched some Potter Puppet Pals on it.

I like this new layout. Didn't take me very long to learn how to use it, unlike Facebook's new layouts, which always seem to be very counterintuitive. This one is a lot more fluid to use.
