Quentin Tarantino, it'd be a 2 hour mind fuck.
Oh, for the love of science and everything good and decent in the world this. Or Peter Jackson, although the movie might be too small a scale to suit him perfectly.

Terry Gilliam.
That could be incredible, but I'd much rather have seen what he could have done with Watchmen. Despite his claims that it was unfilmable, I'd much rather see a botched Gilliam than a standard Snyder.

Cuaron is an interesting call. I don't think it would be a good idea to have Burton return unless he's prepared to work within the currently existing setting.

I have faith that Nolan will finish this trilogy though.

Let's hope so. I honestly don't know what people see in Snyder though, I can enjoy his films, but I can enjoy everything and look at it with a critical eye, and I don't rate Snyder that highly. The 300 was perfect for him, there was no need for it to be cerebral, and plenty of opportunities to slow everything down and make it manly. But that being said, he knows action and can do it very well, but Batman is something different, it's not just an action film.

Uwe Boll.

With the odds universally stacked against him so much the movie oughta be a masterpiece.
You must be destroyed.

Tim Burton.

Am I the only one who doesn't want Christian Bale as Batman again? That growly voice was so stupid...
Christian Bale is personally my favorite Batman actor. And Tim Burton has already produced two Batman films, and I don't think his style would fit the pre-established world for this series, as in the Tim Burton films, the murder by Batman was rampant.

I'd go for Guillermo del Toro, but the man is busier than Jesus during the second coming.

Mel Gibson though it would end up being Batman getting whipped for 2 hours.

Don't know if his directing style would fit such a film now, when it was Burton's Mythos, it was the best, but now it's different, I don't know if he can pull it off.
