Uuuuum...

I give out a fair amount of items away on TF2 for free if the person who wants them isn't spamming servers to try and get them. Especially during holidays and such when good cheer needs to be spread around.

Oh, and as Sniper nothing gives me the same sense of moral satisfaction like throwing piss at teamates on fire. Which is strange.

I guess the only other thing is that I don't try to instigate or exacerbate arguments online; good or bad, the whole point of a game is to have fun after all.

I once killed a teammate who was stuck in the scenery near our spawn point in a siege match in Mount & Blade: Warband, so that he could respawn and get back to playing the game. Even though it meant taking some damage myself for hitting a teammate, and losing a point for teamkilling.

It was just so sad looking at that guy jerking against a wooden spike, jumping and flailing, trying to get out, and as our team ran past him into the battle, I could see him let out a desperate "help!" every now and then.

He even said thanks.

I'll help people get trophies if they ask, even if I already have it. One of my PS3 friends lives in the UK and needed help getting all the veteran missions in Modern Warfare 2, so I found myself getting up waaay early in order to help him get those because he asked. Two of my friends and I helped another person get a World at War trophy that required four players because no one else plays that game anymore. Spent several rounds of Resident Evil 5 just running through levels shows people the hidden treasures and emblems. I just like to help people do things in co op games.

I don't play a lot of online games anymore but I've given people items and money in Runescape and many other games I used to play.

I let someone call me a derogatory name for a homosexual. Cause the alternative was an inane fight

During WoW, I ran a dungeon with a PUG group as DPS, though I can't remember which dungeon. While fighting a boss mob, the healer's mana ran out and the tank's health was dropping. I was a druid so I gave the healer a buff that restores some mana and healed the tank as much as I could until the healer was able to take over again. It helped us take out the boss.
The healer told me off for it since I didn't stick to DPS. I was just happy I was able to help.

Sometimes in SWTOR I'd go around some of the lower-level planets helping people with heroics. Population's not too good, so I do what I can for who I can. Same with Flashpoints. My hope is that the ones I help in turn help others, and it just keeps spreading. Pretty silly, yes, but if my actions cause another to do the same, well I'll be positively peachy.

In Team Fortress 2, I sometimes give my opponents tips while I troll kill them.

Brings a tear to my eye when they learn. They grow up so fast *sniff*

Does that count?

An enemy once ran up and tried to melee my teammate in Killzone 3, and I stabbed him and saved my teammate.

I've also gotten numerous showstoppers in Halo: Reach.

I once revived a random player. But to be honest, I was just looking to remove that phoenix feather from my inventory.

In most MMO's I've played I always find someone who needs it and help them through really difficult areas.

Well I alway's felt really happy and satisfied when playing Dark souls as my sunbro character and getting summoned to someones world. When we have an epic battle and finally beat that giant boss and wave and cheer before I am sent back, it's just great. Especially when they send a message saying thanks over Xbox live.
I have even had people help me then send a message offering to help me further in more levels. Other than the people who grief new players by invading with end game equipment because they suck and hate everything that is fun in the world, other than them the Dark souls community is pretty cool.

Tribes Ascend- Repairing Vehicles as a Tech, it takes a bit to repair and I don't get any points for it. But a thanks is rewarding enough.

Dark Souls- I'm a SunBro, and whether it's warding off DickWraiths or helping someone beat a boss, I'm there!

When I quit Runescape I gave all my hard won cash (about 1.5mil) to a friend, I did the same on WoW. Also on WoW I had collected a pretty rare armour set that took me a month to grind for, but gave it away to one of my friends who said he liked it.

I always try to be my nicest to people online, especially because if they're nasty to me I often end up crying :L

When I decided to delete my Death Knight in WoW I gave all the gold I had to a lower level player. I think they were either level six or seven.
