...Can anyone confirm that the SNES Virtual Console is "New 3DS" exclusive? I'm in class and can't watch.

And swear to mod, if it's "New 3DS" only, I am going to be VERY disappointed. I've been asking for SNES on the go in EVERY nintendo survey I've answered, but I can't afford to upgrade. x_X

Unfortunately, it's currently impossible to play SNES games on the original 3DS. And this isn't a "Nintendo don't know their own consoles" thing either. Homebrewers have failed to make SNES work right on the system. So yeah, N3DS really is the only option.

It works poorly using the Youtube hack. Also it crashes if you use the hack every 5 minutes to play SNES games. As much as the N3DS exclusive sucks, it's not really possible on the 3DS.

Somewhat disappointing, I must say. The biggest items didn't make an appearance (Zelda, Pokemon), and I really have no interest in Amiibo or party stuff like Mario & Sonic.

I didn't realise those SNES games were Nu3DS exclusive until I rushed to the store, jumping for joy at the chance to finally play Earthbound and Super Mario World. Man, finding out I can't play them was SUCH a let down.

Holy shit, dat retro Arwing! The visuals, the music, the laser sounds...it's even got the Star Fox 2 walker effects! For the first time in my life I actually want to buy an Amiibo.

I've played 110 hours now... starting boot camp affinity before going into chapter 11 xD
Reason is I have collected almost everything, I have on the collectopedia 100% in Prim, Noc and Obli, 2 things missing in Slyv and 80% in Cauld. Then I have a minimum of 2 hearts of every character except Murdress. Irina is on 4 hearts, as is Yelv, Lin and Elma are on full 5 hearts and trying to get Phog, Nagi and Gwin to 4 hearts. I noticed waaay too late that I should change my party a lot more, I rolled with Elma and Lin only, + a 4th random member until maybe chapter 7 or something...
Most likely won't happen, well, 2 games at once in't too bad, especially as Pokken won't be too story based, mainly just a fun fighting game... I think...

It's weird becaue usually I don't 100% or even try to 100% games, I just do teh story mode. But in thi game it's quite the opposite. I think I did chapters 1 2 and 3 fairly quick, but then I gamed until like 40 hours before doing chapter 4, and then I had already surveyed very huge parts of Primordia, Noctilum and Oblivia. Just running around for 25 hours, looking for new areas and items, battling beasts and doing the smaller missions and affinity missions. I guess I'll be finished with it someday xD
Really enjoying the game though

One question, when finishing the story mode, does it allow one to continue playing, doing affinity mission and running around freely and exploring, or does it somehow "cut of the game"?
