Nintendo wii owners advice wanted

My friend works in a hostel and they have just got a Nintendo Wii. Currently there is wii sports and some party game. Hes looking for multiplayer games, preferably 4 player, that are good in a "party" sort of setting, multiple guys sitting around, hop on, hop off sort of thing.

I dont own a wii so off the top of my head I can think of

Mario Kart
Smash bros brawl.

There has to be more. Any suggestions?

Uh... that's about the extent of my knowledge on 4-player games for the Wii, counting the two already mentioned in the OP. Not a huge multi-player guy or Wii-user. ... so I guess this might not be the best thread for me to post in.

Smash Bro Melee. Get 4 GC controllers, but you'd already have them since Wiimote controls for Brawl are shit. And, Melee > Brawl.

Also, there are several Mario Party games, and he can probably find some Guitar Hero/Rockband game/equipment on the cheap since that market collapsed.

OT: The New Super Mario Bros. game can be fun. I don't really ever use my Wii, I bought Twilight Princess for it and haven't really played it much. Was just never a fan of that controller.

In all seriousness now, New Super Mario Bros., Wii Sports, Wii Fitness, Kirby, Donkey Kong Country Returns, and Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Also, Super Mario Galaxy 1+2, though those aren't really for multiplayer playing...
