I must say, these are very VERY good. Quite insightful stuff, not too obvious, and all well detailed.

You're also getting funnier with each video. You've got talent. Seriously, you're easily on par with other much more experienced youtubers with more viewers. Hell, you deserve more viewers. I hope the show continues and brings you success.

Plus, you're an escapist who still appreciates nintendo games so... props for that.

Hey again! I definitely think a deconstruction of God of War would be awesome. It really is just a recreation of Greek mythology, not just a modern version of it. It's thematically authentic to the type of story you'd see at the time, and there is a definite theme of hubris and wrath, which are classic downfalls of characters in Greek Myth. Kratos's ascent to godhood. could be seen as a descent into madness in a way.

And yesh, in an earlier comment I talked about how we always bring our personal baggage when interpreting a story. But with enough research, we can try to be objective as possible.

Thank a lot, yo~

I'm gaining viewers far faster than I thought I would actually, so I'm certainly not complaining. Honored that people are spreading my work.

And yes, I've noticed that nintendo doesn't seem to get much love on a lot of modern game cites. Not really sure why. They gave us most of the basic building blocks game designers still use to this day.

I understand, don't worry. 'Symbol' is a word with many MANY meanings and uses. And trust me, I care about philosophy and crap. :D

Some symbols seem universal, like the christian cross...And then Neon Genesis Evangelian comes along and clearly has no idea what it meant. But that's not Japan being ignorant: The average Japanese person knows what a cross means. But Geneon is not quite...average.

I always love a good gaming analysis/philosophy show. Good to have another one to watch regularly. :D

Kind of makes me want to go into game design were I not so shitty with computers. :p

OT: Firstly, nice work and please continue such nice work.

Secondly, I laughed harder at that Pumped Up Kicks joke than I should have. <_<

And thirdly, I only have one suggestion: I actually do like the IRL shots. It gives a certain personality to the show and it also gives us a face for your voice, which is always nice. One thing I suggest, though, is that you keep your shots in one area or angle. Like in the kitchen, or in your living room, or your desk. It's kind of hectic to see you cut from one area, then gameplay, then a new area. Just a minor complaint. Other than that, keep up the good work! :D

Thank ya, and I'll consider staying put in the future. :B

I'll probably have to when I'm at school anyway.

I have actually. Maybe when the show is more established I'll analyze some of those nifty moving pictures from those japanese guys. I do plan on focusing on the gaming stuff for the most part.

If I do tackle that, I'm sure Death Note will be a prime target. Plenty to talk about there.

Excellent video. Better than most on Youtube, and I dare say Escapist-worthy in content if not production. I may follow, subscribe, etc. More than that, however, I hope to see your work linked more and more often in the near future. It's refreshing to see such a young mind not only grasp such subtleties in writing, but also care. I wish you all the success your considerable talent deserves... and then a bit more.

Good work, man.

^What she said.

But yes, you should focus on Games for now. Spin-offs should wait till the main show gets popular. And I'm glad that you are in fact gaining some momentum. Keep it up, bro.

Sounds good. I'll keep it in mind.

Death Note would probably be one of the first I do.

He has a point. I think you'd fit in pretty well. People seem to be pretty receptive to this stuff.

I'm kind of jealous that you're getting all these delicious, juicy comments and I'm lucky to get even one. :(

You're deserving of them, though. You're insightful and entertaining: I wish I had your abilities.

Also, because of you, I'm now inspired to make a mirror antagonist for anyone in any of my story ideas. Mind you, because of you, I'm also inspired to actually do it well so kudos to you.

Keep these coming, man. You're a genius.
