At first, I laughed. North Korea wanting to release a console(?) to monitor the few over there rich enough to buy it.
But then I realized something that's probably cliche around here at this point.

Microsoft might not be the sharpest tool on the shed but I really doubt they would do something like that. The Shit storm that would occur would be far worse than the one that is happening.

Hard to tell. A cult of personality can be a very powerful thing and the one surrounding North Korea's leaders is strong.
