I'm surprised there has been more complaints about Gears, I don't know how many people I've abused and kicked (teammates) for killing the leader in a game of guardian. Like my motto say's "I'm not a booster, I just don't want to be leader."

One time on The Conduit, I was playing Capture the Flag. I was getting the flag. My team camped my flag.
Needless to say, I'm not playing anymore CTF in any game again.

I figured that out in Halo 1.

CTF is the most boring game type there is. IMO.
