How about if the swine flu causes paranoia for vaccines?ZeroMachine said:I don't know what I hate worse, paranoia about swine flu, or paranoia about vaccines...
Agreed, and a couple of articles to back up your point.Branovices said:It's the same reason people are terrified of sharks but not driving, even though you're probably thousands more times likely to die in a car accident, or hell drowning. For some reason it being a common or more likely danger it becomes mundane and ignored. This is a survival technique, if our brain made us scared of the most likely ways to die we'd be terrified to do anything. There is another trick our brain has then when we hear that something -could- happen our brain suddenly thinks it will, and recognizes this new danger as something to be avoided. That bit way be why people find horror movies scary (or enjoyable) no matter how unlikely their premise.

No worries, I'm not afraid to get hit ^___^ Although ever since I got the swine flu I've been terribly afraid of vaccines....ZeroMachine said:HUBILUB said:How about if the swine flu causes paranoia for vaccines?ZeroMachine said:I don't know what I hate worse, paranoia about swine flu, or paranoia about vaccines...I may have to start hitting people. Or will I?
That is because you are one with the swine flu. The vaccine will kill you both. YOU HAVE BEEN ASSIMILATED.HUBILUB said:No worries, I'm not afraid to get hit ^___^ Although ever since I got the swine flu I've been terribly afraid of vaccines....ZeroMachine said:HUBILUB said:How about if the swine flu causes paranoia for vaccines?ZeroMachine said:I don't know what I hate worse, paranoia about swine flu, or paranoia about vaccines...I may have to start hitting people.
