In all seriousness I'd like a save file system, simply because you could do the Groundhog Day thing of learning everything about the girl you love/want to sleep with and then obtain your goal. Or, really, any goal. Good stuff that is.

Save/Reload, for engaging in shenanigans of every type. Or respawning. That works too.

Also heal packs and other assorted healing items that instantly restore your health. I'd love being able to heal a broken limb by just gorging myself on chicken like in some games.

Pretty obvious really but extra lives wouldn't go down badly!!! Also more specifically I would like to affect the landscape with an okami brush and not just so i could cover people in ink. If i just wanted that i'd be the octopus from Mr game and watch
