Harry Potter fanboy: that guy is a fucking nut. As for the Twilight fan... she's worse. WAY worse.

Okay, the Harry Potter kid was actually quite entertaining.

I really, REALLY wanted to strangle the Twilight girl.

Go Harry Potter, go be your own biggest fan.
That sums up my thoughts nicely.

I have to say, I agree with a few people here that while mister 'Harry Potter Himself' was clearly quite an obsessive looney and more than borderline creepy, there was something endearing about his presentation. Not to mention...damn...that is a good drawing.
Oh, and I think HP wins for one fact alone.

He wasn't managing the camera- and thus he must have at least ONE FRIEND.

Well the Harry Potter fan really did impress me. Of course if I were him I couldn't bear living with another person while I have this crap in my house.

The Twilight fan... makes me sick. There is no hope for her.

However, both of them need to stop being obsessed with Harry Potter or Twilight. I mean there is nothing wrong with being a fan, but you have to be a fan of something else.

Ummm... Yeah... Okay, sure I'm a big Gundam fan and everything but I don't think I could ever commit to it the way those people commit to Harry Potter and Twilight.
Jesus, how the hell do you live like that? Really? HOW?!

Woman you got yourself one messed up world. OH! Edward isn't real by the way.

That was just weird... Too weird.

I am so happy a book hasn't taken over my life like that.
A Clockwork Orange is an acceptable book to rule your life.
Very acceptable, In fact read or watch the movie/book and do ONE of the things Alex does on a cop.

The Harry Potter kid just seemed funny to me. Like it was more entertaining.

The Twilight girl seems genuinely obsessed and I was legitimately horrified by her video.

I ahve to agree with most of the people on this thread, the Harry Potter guy was very entertaining and was actually kinda fun. The Twilight girl at least admits she's insane, so I'll give her props for that, but she admitted she's chased an actors car down the street, so I don't count that as afan, that's a STALKER!! :p

He said "Accio" wrong. He was so close to being the biggest fan.
Not only that, but he used the wrong spell to end the video, finite incantatum isn't used for specific objects, but he does so.

Normally, it wouldn't even come close to me being a little bothered by it, but surely someone who has mountains of merch, read every book over 100 times and thinks he can draw and write because he reads 7 books repeatedly, would know this.

The twihard seemed bland and uninteresting....like Twilight itself. And Harry Potter(Himself) was pretty cool I would buy him a beer...If I could.

Well, Harry Potter's video was actually sort of cool, but that Twilight thing was just boring.

Enjoyed the Harry Potter one:
1. Its better
2. He used MAGICS
3. He dressed up enough that you couldn't mistake him for anything else

That Twilight girl bugged me...
1. What's that accent?
2. She getting married?
3. Yea it is normal to stop breathing when thinking about Twilight... NOT!

I gotta admit the harry potter video was quite entertaining, I mean for somebody with harry potter tattoos all over their body and memorabilia covering every inch of their house he at least put some nice effort into his video (that levitating camera thing was quite cute), the Twilight fan...is there a word that combines both utterly creepy and bizarre?

Still, I can think of at least one Twilight fan who's, uh...nuttier, than that:

Hmmm, well my first thought is that neither of these bits are genuine. I mean all it takes is a little acting and some props for either of those performances. It's a free T-shirt contest and I figure part of the fun is to have convinced people and gotten attention.

See, with the twilight girl in paticular it occurs to me that if she did some of the things she claimed (chasing a car and getting arrested it sounded like) we probably would have heard more about it.

My first thought in both cases was that they seemed like pretty typical cosplay convention attendees to me.

If I was bored enough I might do something like this (even for just a T-shirt or whatever) just for fun. I mean who is going to remember it in a couple of years?

I once saw a guy come to the Star Wars: Phantom Menace premiere as Darth Maul, complete with face paint.... and both of these people are mellow and understated compared to fans of things like say "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" :p

Harry Potter guy: Actually very entertaining, kind of embodies the spirit of fandom without getting into Anne Wilkes territory. The spells were a cute touch (And the 'finte incantatum' thing was probably to end the wingardium spell... or magic like that makes cameras explode), and I'm impressed with getting Rowling's signature tattooed.

Twilight girl: Kinda... creepy, and she sounds like she's about to start sobbing dramatically at any moment. Very boring, and she starts getting into the 'I'm your number one fan, now let me lock you in my house for months on end' area.
