Hell, the games selling points are sandbox gameplay where you can drive cars on the sidewalk to see how many dead civilians you can jam in your fender at once.

So far, I've gotten up to 27 stuck in there.

see that may be true, but they give you the option before the game ever starts up to skip the level in question, and you can always press start and click "skip mission" while playing "No Russian"

i have to agree with the OP here..while it may be ffensive, i think people should stop complaining, and read the options that the BEFORE THE OPENING MOVIE SCENE pop-ups give you instead of randomly clicking..and if they said "no i wont beoffended, yes i'm sure, i'm positive don't ask me again" and they DID get offended, they can't complain. they siad they wouldn't get offended, which of course, it's impossible to know if you would or not before the level appears, BUT, IW gave them several opportunities to skip the level before it ever appeared, as well as during the mission.

there is no reason to complain, it's their own faults they played the level.

GTA4 was very confused in its tone, it wanted to be serious and silly at the same time.

'No Russian' has a much more intense, harrowing and realistic depiction of the murder of innocents, that is why people find it disturbing.

It upset me but I don't think it should have been censored. It has context in the story.

I'm not sure what country you're from, but it's pretty well universally accepted that humans need little to no provocation to complain or feel entitled.

I'm not saying it IS offensive, but we both know that's why they are.

If people are offended by something in a capitalist society, all they need to do is stop sending money their way. We have something called the "dollar vote" in capitalism, which means the consumer essentially chooses which businesses succeed and which die off by where and how you spend your money, so if you are offended by something one company did, do not support them and they will be hurt by the withdrawal of your potential business.

that works in a pure capitalist society but we are not a pure capitalist society, if we where then their would be alot less banks.
