whoa, you can actually snap? that's new...harhol said:So far I've done everything trophy-related except giving the Prince a ride (funnily enough the only non-hidden trophy). My favourite moment so far has to be when I was attempting the......trophy: I accidentally wrapped myself around a tree, got the analog sticks confused, pulled in the wrong direction and snapped in two, sending a shower of shit absolutely everywhere. The broken physics engine just makes things so much fun. Can't wait 'til we get to the Moon.Eat 20 People
Noby Noby boy is a PS3 exclusive downloadable title made by the creator of Katamari damacy, it costs 5 dollars. You play as a titular worm/boy/silly putty thing, and, well... the main point in the game is to eat stuff and get longer so that a female counterpart of you can get longer and reach other planets, and it's downright surreal. It sounds crazy as shit, but it's amazingly fun...fluffylandmine said:What game is this, I don't believe I've heard of it.
It would be appreciated if I were to be filled in on this.
I really want to give this a play. Come on PSP port. Wishful thinking perhaps but they did it with flow.. albeit a slightly stunted version.Green-E66 said:whoa, you can actually snap? that's new...harhol said:So far I've done everything trophy-related except giving the Prince a ride (funnily enough the only non-hidden trophy). Only problem with that is that 2 analog sticks are actually essential, each one controls one end of your titular hero. This game is really hard to describe well.....Puppeteer Putin said:I really want to give this a play. Come on PSP port. Ooo, separated Noby halves? That's kinda entertaining....harhol said:Yeah it's happened to me quite a few times actually, usually while being very long & heavy and getting hit by a car. I imagine you can also trigger it by making BOY into a knot, but that's probably something you're more likely to do by accident than on purpose. Sometimes it's pretty annoying because the only way to rejoin the two halves (which you can still control) is to change the level.Green-E66 said:whoa, you can actually snap? that's new...
The leaderboard is a scary place though. Someone had contributed 280,000m to GIRL in the first 24 hours.
Hehe, when you put it that way, I very much agree! =Pharhol said:I can see your point, but the whole community aspect of the game is to score as many points as possible in order to unlock different places. For example, the current goal is the Moon, which is supposed to take 2-3 weeks of solid play to access (once GIRL's length is the same as the distance from Earth to the Moon). If someone wants to spend their every waking hour contributing to furthering my enjoyment of the game, they're welcome to do so!Green-E66 said:Am I the only one who thinks that the one with the highest score is missing the point of the game, to screw around?
Not only can you snap, you can also eat your own arse.Green-E66 said:whoa, you can actually snap? that's new...
Depends on what you consider levels. The areas you can move around on on each planet are randomly generated, so there are an infinite number of those, and the whole gaming community works towards each planet.Jumplion said:It's the closest thing I'll get to drugs so far in my life, so I love it!
I hope we'll get more content, so far we have like, what 2 levels?
o.o you can eat yourself? Hot damn, this game keeps getting weirder and weirder!Crowbites said:Not only can you snap, you can also eat your own arse.Green-E66 said:whoa, you can actually snap? that's new...
You can also break of both ends leaving a middle segment that you can eat as well.
If the levels are randomly generated, surely there would be a reason to go to the new planets? I'd assume they'd be bigger and have a plethora of new things to explore and interact with.Green-E66 said:Depends on what you consider levels.
