Hogfather and Gremlins spring to mind.
Heck yes Hogfather! It's easily my favorite holiday movie, and one that manages to do an intelligent and believable take on the meaning of Christmas without the usual cliches that don't really feel that relevant in today's world.

Die Hard obviously. The other main thing I watch at christmas every single year, multiple times is the Father Ted Christmas special. "I hear it's Ireland's largest lingerie section."

]Around this time of year, I usually watch Tokyo Godfathers and The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya. Both are anime films that are somewhat Christmas-related.
Tokyo Godfathers is probably the only real Christmas anime ever.

It even has the whole "redemption" angle down.

OT: Coming to America

Not a Christmas movie at all, but it still breaths that cozy, wintery atmosphere. Same with Groundhog Day.
