An older English childrens' sci-fi show called Captain Scarlet. Made in the late 60's, shown here in the states late 60's early 70's. Material-wise it was incredibly cutting edge even by today's standards and is far too violent to be a childrens' show in current times.

Aww I remember that show, as well as most of the decades old Cartoon Network programs. However, my nostalgia bell really starts ringing when I remember anything from the old Toonami program.

TENCHI MUYO! Thats what the show was called! I've been trying to remember that show's name for ages. I remember watching that on Toonami all the time. The nostalgia, it hit me like a train.

Oh god i feel old. It asks for nostalgia series/movies and most named are from the 1990 or even less old.

I still kinda like Angela Anaconda though, love the style. It's a very postmodern cartoon.

I loved the style and the script of that serie(pretty wrong but funny).

Suggestion from my side : Adventures of the galaxy rangers, starcom , Exo Squad.

As for a movie "When worlds collide" from a time where acting was more important then special effects.

Edit : How can i forget the original Thundercats(finaly the money to order that boxset)
