I always get a rush playing MW2 deathmatch games. Say what you like about MW2 (and many do), but in a game where you can only survive 2 or 3 rounds, trying to link together a 9-kill killstreak for a Pavelow is a huge buzz. If you get it, of course. It's a huge buzzkill if you get tagged a few kills short. 9/10 rages in MW2 occur because the deceased was knocked off a killstreak run, but hey, that sense of risk just adds to the high.

i guess the most applicable game for me was any of the halo series, but even thats not completely true. as much as their "30 seconds of fun" formula works, their are always parts in a game thats lacking (ESSPECIALLY flood levels). but halo 3 pretty much made halo as perfect as it could be, though my favorite part of the whole series was the first playthrough of the warthog run in halo: ce. that was a juicy pile of deep-fried awesome. :)

GoW3 ain't got shit on Bayonetta, which is non-stop infinite climax. Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit is almost always an adrenalin rush, it's my favorite arcade racer since Midnight Club 2, which is also non-stop adrenalin.

Vanquish is full of non-stop action.

Uncharted 2 is just great set-piece after great set-piece.

Mirror's Edge is pure platforming bliss.
Thanks for the reply! If Bayonetta and Vanquish are as awesome as you say it is, then I'll make sure that I add them to my Christmas list.
