I have to go with the obvious answer, Skyrim.
But I expect more fun, if less plot, immersion, complexity, and awe, to come from Saint's Row: The Third. That is if they haven't made it too out there for me. The dildobat and apocofist are a bit more... than I am used to.
Also Dark Souls (the only one that I'm actually buying on release thanks to lack of DLC), but I'm not sure what to expect from that because I don't know what they have done to the Demon's Souls template. I've only heard that they nerfed rolling, which was my favorite combat tactic (I should have used a shield more often).

Really? Halo? Regardless of your opinions of the saturation of the market with FPS's, I hope Skyrim has a bit (WAYYYY) more depth than Halo.
